Good Starting Munitions Build
Posted by: | CommentsI’ve become absolutely enamoured with Munitions. Its an extremely strong soloing framework has some really awesome weapon/costumer pieces and has great damage. Cryptic serious about character names
Posted by: | CommentsWell, I created a character called Dr. Manhattan he was blue and destroyed everything and had a very dettached personality. I went to log into today and he had a very interesting name. The pictures speak more for themselves. Read more to see them.
Rate My Champions/My Characters down this weekend
Posted by: | CommentsDue to some issues with our “Headshot” server, Rate My Champions and “My Character” will be down all weekend. Access to the game remains unaffected. Thanks!
This was posted by Daeke. Thsi is very cool feature about Champions Online. And I’m not going to lie but I’ve probably spent two to three hours just playing with these features. They are very unique for any MMO I’ve played.
Free Retcon to Head Start players
Posted by: | CommentsWell on September first I was extremely dissappointed in some of the changes with the patch and it made my character build not function like I envisioned it anymore. I quickly re-rolled and continuing my grind to 40 on a new toon.
But there is GOOD NEWS! Don’t delete you headstart characters yet because Cryptic is working on a method to give all head start character a free full retcon. This was posted by Awen on the champions forums.
Due to the general balance pass on powers and difficulty that was made in the early morning hours of September 1st, we will be issuing a full retcon to early-start characters created before our launch day patch. As we did not anticipate needing to do such broad-based changes, we felt doing something extraordinary for our players was appropriate. Please note that this retcon will only be issued to characters that were created during the head start program.
We are currently working on a system to issue this retcon to early start characters. As soon as we have the technology in place to do so, we’ll let you know. Thank you all for supporting the game through the first few days of the launch.
This really impresses me with the Cryptic team. They are definitely listening and working there asses off to cater to the gamer. Heres to they keeping up the track record.
